Teachers are Alecia Rayner, Kendra Duncan, Emma Howard. Class schedules are posted each school term as we run 8 week Programs. In that 8 weeks we always start with Basics and advance in your own time. Bookings are essential for a term.

Learn and understand about how your body moves, take control of you and experience freedom.

Stretching
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL • 60 MINUTES DURATION
Kendra and Alecia are highly qualified Stretch Therapy teachers by Kit Laughlin and Olivia Alnutt.
This style of stretching is taking it to a new level to create movements that may have use to be in your body.
We aim to make your body move in a cat like movement.
Take time to learn to stretch one of the best things you could do for your health and wellbeing.

This is a class for females who maybe feel they would like to reconnect to who you are. Sometimes in lifes journey we can get a little of track. It is held on a Friday once a month and Alecia Posts this on facebook.
Kids Yoga
